VAPTECH liefert und installiert eine vollautomatische 400-Tonnen-H-St\u00e4nder-Pressenl\u00f6sung nach westeuropa. Die nominale Hubzahl pro Minute betr\u00e4gt 35 min^-1. Diese L\u00f6sung besteht aus einer vollautomatischen Linie mit Peripherieger\u00e4ten und einem automatisierten Bedienfeld. Diese ma\u00dfgeschneiderte L\u00f6sung wurde aufgrund des begrenzten Platzangebots sowohl f\u00fcr die Linie als auch f\u00fcr die Presse entwickelt. Der Kunde hat zudem eine ganz besondere Arbeitsweise, da er Pakete aus zugeschnittenem Blech erh\u00e4lt und die Bleche bisher manuell von zwei Bedienern trennen musste. Mit dieser L\u00f6sung trennt der Manipulator die Bleche automatisch und stellt sicher, dass jeweils nur ein Bediener erforderlich ist. Es ist auch wichtig zu erw\u00e4hnen, dass der Kunde im Allgemeinen im Einzelhubmodus arbeitet, weshalb VAPTECH die Presse mit einer vollhydraulischen Kupplungs-Brems-Kombination geliefert hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aufgrund der St\u00e4rke von VAPTECH bei kundenspezifischen L\u00f6sungen verf\u00fcgt dieser Kunde \u00fcber mehrere Pressenl\u00f6sungen von VAPTECH, wobei sich eine weitere derzeit in der Entwicklung befindet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alle Pressen von VAPTECH werden vollst\u00e4ndig im eigenen Haus hergestellt und durchlaufen eine Ganzk\u00f6rper-W\u00e4rmebehandlung, um Qualit\u00e4t, Steifigkeit und minimale Verformung zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Alle Pressen von VAPTECH sind vollst\u00e4ndig auf hohe Energieeffizienz optimiert, wodurch die Betriebskosten und die Umweltbelastung gesenkt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
