VAPTECH delivers & installs a fully automated 400T H-Frame Press Solution for Western Europe. The nominal number of strokes per minute is 35 min^-1. This solution consists of a fully automated line with peripheral equipment and automated control panel. This customised solution was designed due to limited space for borth the line and the press. The client also has very unique work-style as the client receives packets of precut sheet metal and until now was separating the sheets manually with two opperators. With this solution, the manipulator automatically separates the sheets and insures that only one operator is required at a time. It also important to mention that the client generally works in single stroke mode, which is why VAPTECH has delivered the press with a fully hydraulic clutch-brake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to VAPTECH’ strength in custom solutions, this client has multiple press solutions from VAPTECH with another one currently in development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of VAPTECH’s presses are fully manufactured in-house and pass through a full body heat treatment in order to garantue quality, rigitidy and minimal deformation. All of VAPTECH’s presses are fully optimized to be highly energy efficient, reducing the cost of operation and impact on the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
