VAPTECH has received an order from Runo Kazanlak EAD to supply hydromechanical equipment for the rehabilitation of hydropower plant Kitka in Bulgaria.<\/h1>\n\n\n

The equipment is to be delivered in December 2015 and the commissioning is expected in the beginning of 2016.<\/p>\n\n

The scope of supply includes one horizontal Francis turbine VAPHYDRO\u2122 and rated speed 1000 rpm that will operate under a net head of 203 m using a flow of 1,95 m3\/s. The rated output of the turbine is 3510 kW. Within the scope of supply VAPTECH will deliver also a Francis runner for the other turbine of the plant, where the runner will be supplied according to the model of the original runner. \nVAPTECH will deliver additionally generator, electrical equipment, automation system, supervision of installation works and commissioning.<\/p>\n\n
