In November 2014 VAPTECH delivered and put into operation 2 automatic deep drawing lines. The equipment is designed and produced by VAPTECH for production of kitchen appliances for a client in Poland<\/h1>\n\n

Within the scope of this project were feeding devices and transfer systems. Each of the automatic deep drawing lines are based on H-frame hydraulic presses with 2 individual slides. Every slide of the presses has a maximum press force of 160 tons. Second piston with maximum force of 40 tons is installed inside one of the slides, thus providing the opportunity for multi-stage deep drawing operations. Each of the presses has 2 individual bolster plates under each slide and 2 individual hydraulic die cushions under each bolster plate.<\/p>\n\n
