HPP Sambata and HPP Vistisoara are located in Romania and the plants' owner is S.C. Hidro Clear Fagaras S.R.L. <\/p>\n\n\n

For HPP Sambata and HPP Vistisoara VAPTECH has delivered bifurcation and two sets of turbine and spherical valves and hydraulic pressure units.<\/p>\n\n\n

HPP Sambata was put into operation in May this year and operates under a net head of 272,5 m and a maximum discharge of 1,4 m3\/s. The flow is utilized by two identical Pelton turbines VAPHYDRO\u2122 with 2 injectors and rated speed of 750 rpm. The rated turbine output is 1670 kW. The total installed capacity for the power plant is 3340 kW.<\/p>\n\n

HPP Vistisoara will be put into operation this month and it will operate under a net head of 250 m and a maximum discharge of 1,00 m3\/s. The total installed capacity for the power plant will be 2536 kW.<\/p>\n\n
