VAPTECH suministra e instala una soluci\u00f3n de prensa de bastidor en H de 400 T totalmente automatizada para Europa Occidental. El n\u00famero nominal de golpes por minuto es de 35 min^-1. Esta soluci\u00f3n consiste en una l\u00ednea totalmente automatizada con equipos perif\u00e9ricos y panel de control automatizado. Esta soluci\u00f3n personalizada se dise\u00f1\u00f3 debido a las limitaciones de espacio entre la l\u00ednea y la prensa. Adem\u00e1s, el cliente tiene un estilo de trabajo muy particular, ya que recibe paquetes de chapas precortadas y hasta ahora separaba las chapas manualmente con dos abridores. Con esta soluci\u00f3n, el manipulador separa autom\u00e1ticamente las chapas y garantiza que s\u00f3lo se necesite un operario a la vez. Tambi\u00e9n es importante mencionar que el cliente trabaja generalmente en modo de carrera \u00fanica, por lo que VAPTECH ha suministrado la prensa con un embrague-freno totalmente hidr\u00e1ulico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Debido a la fuerza de VAPTECH en soluciones personalizadas, este cliente tiene m\u00faltiples soluciones de prensa de VAPTECH con otra actualmente en desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
