Located in Southeast Europe, this Hydropower plant consist of 3 Francis turbines with a horizontal shaft arrangement at a rated speed of 750 rpm. The power plant is operating under a rated net head of 185 m. Two of the turbines each have an output of 8540 MW and a total discharge of 5.05m3/s while the third turbine has an output of 3720 MW and a total discharge of 2,2m3/s. VAPTECH has designed, developed and manufactured all hydromechanical equipment for the greenfield Hydropower project.
