On July 31, 2013 VAPTECH has signed a new contract for the supply of electromechanical equipment and associated services.

The project name is Alce and it is located in Turkey. The assignor is AİDA Enerji San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.

According to the contract VAPTECH has to deliver two sets of: turbine, inlet valve, generator, hydraulic pressure unit, automation system as well as supervision of installation works and commissioning. The delivery time for the equipment is 8 months.

Alce HPP will operate under a net head of 209,2 m and a maximum discharge of 3,1 m3/s. The flow will be utilized by two identical Pelton turbines VAPHYDRO™ with 6 injectors and rated speed of 750 rpm. The rated turbine output is 2848 kW. The total installed capacity for the power plant will be 5696 kW.
