TG units of HPP Alçe

Alçe hydropower plant is located in Turkey – one of the most potential markets in the Hydro Power sector. This is VAPTECH’ latest successfully accomplished project in Turkey after HPP Yeşılköy, HPP Guneyyaka, HPP Cigdem.

HPP Alçe operates under a net head of 209,2 m and a maximum discharge of 3,1 m3/s. The flow is utilized by two vertical Pelton turbines VAPHYDRO™ at a rated speed of 750 rpm. The total installed capacity for the power plant is 5,7 MW.

For this project VAPTECH has designed and produced also two sets of butterfly valves DN700 PN28. VAPTECH delivered also 2 sets of hydraulic governor systems and synchronous generators, automation system, installation and commissioning
