The order for this project is received from a leading manufacturer in the automotive industry in Europe.

VAPTECH is proud to develop its latest project for a complete production line based on mechanical H-frame press with press force 4500 kN together with uncoiling device and combined straightening and feeding device. Previously, the largest system among the solutions developed by VAPTECH for this client had a press force of 3150 kN, link to the project.
Now VAPTECH is developing a complete automated solution based on mechanical press with stroke up to 220 mm, slide adjustment 130mm, slide dimensions 3000х1250 mm and variable strokes per minute: 25÷70min¯¹

The feeding system will be developed according to maximum load of the coil 5000 kg and 900 mm width of the guides. The expansion diameter of the uncoiling device is 450÷550 mm with outer diameter 1600 mm.
