Dikance SHPP is now successfully launched into operation.

The power plant is located in Kosovo.

The project was divided on two stages:

• First stage – building a complete new extension
• Second stage – rehabilitation of the existing power at Dikance power station

For the first stage the scope of delivery of VAPTECH includes turbines, generators, plant automation, plant middle voltage electrical system and equipment installation. The project is based on one Francis machine with horizontal shaft arrangement. Rated output is 2710 kW.

For the second stage the scope of delivery VAPTECH includes modernization of the existing two Francis type turbines, modernization of the existing main inlet valves, delivery of new hydraulic governor systems, modernization of the existing generators, implementation of the new digital control and monitoring system.

This is VAPTECH third launched project in Kosovo.
