VAPTECH With New Contract For The Production of Two Automatic Deep Drawing Lines

On February 2014, VAPTECH has signed a new contract for client in Poland for the production of 2 automatic deep drawing lines.

Each of the automatic deep drawing lines are based on H-frame hydraulic presses PH1600D with 2 individual slides. Every slide of the presses has a maximum press force of 160 tons. Second piston with maximum force of 40 tons is installed inside one of the slides, thus providing the opportunity for multi-stage deep drawing operations. Each of the presses has 2 individual bolster plates under each slide and 2 individual hydraulic die cushions under each bolster plate.

The automatic production lines iare equipped with feeding device and transfer system and is intended for production of kitchen appliances.
